Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy

Last Updated: [Insert Date]

At Master Page, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer a different policy than physical retail stores.

1. No Refunds for Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once an eBook has been purchased and the download link has been sent or accessed, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be “returned” to our inventory, and therefore we cannot verify that the product is no longer in your possession.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We value our customers and may offer a refund or store credit at our sole discretion under the following specific conditions:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same eBook twice within a 24-hour period, we will refund the second purchase.

  • Technical Issues: If the digital file is corrupted or damaged and our technical team cannot provide a working version within 48 hours of your report.

  • Incorrect Product: If you were sent a digital file that is substantially different from the product description on the website.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • You “didn’t like” the book or the writing style.

  • You purchased the book by mistake but have already accessed the download link.

  • You no longer need the information contained in the eBook.

  • Your device does not support the file format (please check compatibility before purchasing).

4. How to Request Assistance

If you encounter a technical issue with your download, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase:

  • Email: [Insert Support Email]

  • Subject Line: Refund/Technical Request – [Order Number]

Please include a screenshot of any error messages you received to help us expedite your request.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly if you have an issue. We are committed to resolving problems fairly. Unwarranted chargebacks (disputing a valid purchase with your bank) may result in a permanent ban from the Master Page platform.
